Staal Smokehouse Smoked Duck à l’Orange Salad with Bannisters Farm Garlic & Rosemary Roast Potatoes

This absolutely delicious recipe has to be one of the easiest we’ve ever featured! Perfect at any time of the year, for date night, a cosy evening with friends, or an indulgent lunch.

Ingredients

1 x Packet of Bannisters Farm Garlic & Rosemary Roasting Potatoes
1 x Staal Smokehouse Smoked Duck Breast
2 x Juicy Oranges (peeled, de-pipped and sliced)
100g Walnut Halves
1 x Bag of Salad
1 x Avocado (chopped)
1/2 x Red Onion (chopped)
French Dressing

Method

  1. Pop your roasties in an air fryer or oven for the recommended time. 
  2. Slice your Smoked Duck Breast.
  3. In a large salad bowl, add your salad leaves, red onion, avocado, orange segments, some of the orange juice, walnuts, sliced Duck Breast and drizzle over your dressing. 
  4. Serve with your side of Garlic & Rosemary Roasting Potatoes and that’s it.
  5. Enjoy your evening!
