1 x Packet of Bannisters Farm Garlic & Rosemary Roasting Potatoes
1 x Staal Smokehouse Smoked Duck Breast
2 x Juicy Oranges (peeled, de-pipped and sliced)
100g Walnut Halves
1 x Bag of Salad
1 x Avocado (chopped)
1/2 x Red Onion (chopped)
French Dressing
Method
- Pop your roasties in an air fryer or oven for the recommended time.
- Slice your Smoked Duck Breast.
- In a large salad bowl, add your salad leaves, red onion, avocado, orange segments, some of the orange juice, walnuts, sliced Duck Breast and drizzle over your dressing.
- Serve with your side of Garlic & Rosemary Roasting Potatoes and that’s it.
