Our food is locally sourced in East Yorkshire from high calibre farms, with the exception of our wonderful salmon which is fresh from the cold clean waters of Scotland’s west coast.

Taste, quality, freshness, and customer service are of paramount importance to us and we offer full traceability on all products.

Our delicious selection of hand-smoked artisan products are perfect for retail and catering, and we often work with clients to develop bespoke cures and smokes. Our delivery service is flexible and reliable.

Delivery

Deliveries are made either by our own drivers or via a national courier.
