Gravadlax is a Scandinavian staple and a wonderful alternative to traditional smoked salmon. We take our salmon, sourced from accredited and sustainable farms on the west coast of Scotland, and cure it for two days using a traditional Swedish recipe.
The subtle aromatic cure and fresh dill gives the salmon wonderful flavour and texture and is delicious served up as a starter or light lunch.
This product is a whole side of Gravadlax, and you have the option of receiving it unsliced, D-sliced or long sliced. It is suitable for home freezing.
