Gravadlax (Sliced)


Slices of delicious Gravadlax – a Scandinavian staple and a wonderful alternative to traditional smoked salmon. We take our salmon, sourced from accredited and sustainable farms on the west coast of Scotland, and cure it for two days using a traditional Swedish recipe.

The subtle aromatic cure and fresh dill gives the salmon wonderful flavour and texture, and is delicious served up as a starter or light lunch.

Suitable for home freezing.
