Wansford Trout Farm provides a perfect environment in which to rear succulent trout for the table, or in our case for the Smokehouse. By combining this locally reared fish with a brine and light oak smoke you end up with a delicate hot smoked fish. Our trout is ideal for salads, flaked through a pasta or risotto and is the key ingredient for a homemade paté or dip.
